Hotels worthy of Tablet (or three visits from us in as many weeks) are few, and uniquely charactered. We love Palihouse for its laid-back lobby and Moroccan/Parisian wine bar. We’ve run through the menu at The Hall, an organic and locally sourced roster that just debuted from chef Michael Bryant, and we’ve sank hours into the comfortable lobby couches over lazy conversation. Ideal for an early evening sip of wine or a casual birthday party, this is a sliver of rock we’ll keep playing.
