The Huntley is synonymous with its stunning penthouse ocean view, but could just as easily stand in for its smashing, signature appetizer: house-made potato chips that are slightly soft in the center like french fries, yet crispy like chips, and served with a parmesan garlic dip. We love the elevator ride to the penthouse restaurant and bar during sunset, which charms even the coldest grudge against LA. Come early for happy hour or try the bolognese for dinner, which we hear is delicious.
